The 23rd FHC China International Culinary Arts Competition was held on 9-11 November, 2021 at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. This competition has been successfully held at the FHC for 22 sessions, and it is the only International Level-A Culinary Competition in China officially certified by World Association of Chefs' Societies
