This course discusses the considerations to compensation for employees being sent on intl assignment and their advantages and disadvantages.
Earner must take online course, Localization and Local-Plus in International Mobility. The traditional long-term expatriate assignment generally includes a suite of financial and logistical assistance that can be expensive. Cost management is always an imperative for talent mobility programs, and one alternative to the traditional assignment is localization. This course discusses the process of localizing an existing expatriate assignee.
Earner must take Health Care Strategies for a Global Workforce. As you seek to help employees make their transition, this course is helpful to understand how they will receive and pay for necessary medical treatment while they are traveling or on assignment. The choices employers make about how they will help mobile employees with health care insurance are influenced by many factors.
