They are committed to practice identifying their own mindset, to turn their mindset outward, and to interact successfully with their colleagues. Earning Criteria

  • Complete two Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset courses (each are 2-days, 10-hour live courses led by Arbinger Institute trained facilitators). Actively participate in the Outward Mindset Facilitators and Ambassadors group. Develop the new employee mentor program.
