Earning Criteria

Complete one Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset course (2-days, 10-hour live course led by trained Arbinger Institute facilitators). Complete one Outward Leadership course (1-day, 8-hour live course led by trained Arbinger Institute facilitator). Complete one Train-the-Trainer course (3-day, 24-hour live course led by trained Arbinger Institute facilitator). Actively participate in the Outward Mindset Facilitators and Ambassadors group.
