The course objective is to explain the project similarities that are used to classify and select projects within organizations for the purpose of selecting a best-fit methodology; analyze the relationships among project scope, scheduling, cost, and resource management and generate/defend alternative project solutions; examine the essential components of the project life-cycle model and apply effective strategies for adapting project management methodologies; and more.
