Participants have demonstrated an understanding of the nature and effects of racism at the individual, institutional and cultural levels as well as the different elements that lead to an Aboriginal culturally safe workplace environment. Participants have also explored their own values, biases, and beliefs about Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
