The Leadership Excellence and Development program is designed for TDSB staff who are motivated to enhance their leadership influence within their current role or for those who aspire to future leadership roles or opportunities. Throughout the program, participants explore critical leadership skills and practices, leading in an equitable and inclusive way, and engaging in transformational actions to support the commitments outlined in TDSB’s Multi-year Strategic Plan.
