Earning Criteria

• Program participants complete several online diagnostic assessments, along with a 360-degree feedback survey and a career aspirations questionnaire, which will provide a deep insight into individuals’ strengths and development areas.
• Program Participants join a 3-hour group feedback workshop to receive their assessments results and understand their strengths and development areas.
• Following the assessments and group feedback workshop, program participants receive an individual feedback report and participate in a coaching conversation to support them with targeted career and development planning.
