This badge recognizes membership within the Digital Workplace (DWP) Champions Programme and completion of the required training. As a DWP Champion you are invited to IT training sessions, provided educational documentation, receive early access to new M365 applications/features and asked to share UX improvement recommendations. Champions are responsible for supporting M365 adoption, promoting new features, applications, modern ways of working and providing peer-to-peer support to colleagues.

  • DWP Champion Badge holders belong to a select group that are dedicated to being motivated learners, constantly seeking to enhance their knowledge and skills. Champions have a proven record of creating awareness and enthusiasm to support improvement in the ways of working across Zurich. They influence and support teams and colleagues in the adoption of digitalization. They also identify business challenges and present possible solutions as well has provide valuable feedback to the program.
