The learner has completed the International Programs Training and Certification program for the Claims function in MyDevelopment and has participated and applied their knowledge in the corresponding online and/or in-person sessions, as follows: - 12 hours self-study; - 12 hours online or in-person global sessions; - One-to-one skills assessment with an SME or trainer.
