Certified ITIL 4 specialists understand how an integrated IT service management framework, based on ITIL 4 best practice guidelines, can be adopted and adapted within their own organizations. At the end of the course, the learner will understand the key concepts and the four dimensions of ITIL service management, the purpose and components of the ITIL service value system as well as the activities of the service value chain, and how they connect and key concepts of continual improvement.
