By completing the Leadership Challenge program participants have deep-dived into good people management practices and now are equipped with tools and advice on how to address the key leadership challenges in their current roles. They have been exposed to thought leadership around leading self and others as well as leading into the future. This includes topics such as purpose and values, storytelling, leading blended teams, leading inclusively, leading through relationships.
