The foundational Zurich Customer Mastery Program focuses on how to live Customer Centricity at Zurich and how everybody plays a role, immersing the learner into the Zurich Purpose and Zurich Customer Experience (CX) vision whilst embracing a customer first mindset to empower and activate all employees. The learner will have a foundational ability to drive customer-centricity in their day-to-day job and will be equipped with the relevant Customer strategies and tools to start tomorrow.
