The Zurich CX Mastery Program focuses on establishing a CX baseline and capabilities at Zurich and to enable participants to design and implement unique customer experiences through the use of Zurich CX tools and design methods. This badge also confirms that participants have successfully completed immersive and experimental workshops where they have worked with cross-functional teams on small-scale CX improvement projects and adopted design based new ways of working.
