Earning Criteria

Satisfactory completion of 5 modules over 6 months. The learning journey includes knowledge, skills, experiential learning, application, self reflection, and small group discussion. Topics include: empathy and self-awareness to identify team members' strengths and talents, coaching, building trust, providing continuous feedback, communicating strategy through storytelling, developing high performing teams to maximize their teams performance, and growing self and team through development.
