They are competent in skills such as business, data and financial analysis, creative solutioning, synthesizing information, creating a business proposal, and presenting skills.

Earning Criteria

Complete 12 hours of leadership related workshop modules plus attend monthly mentoring sessions with assigned mentor.

Working within a smaller team, complete a business challenge assignment and present a proposal to a panel of judges consisting of Canadian Exco members. Assessment Criteria: proposal must be well-researched, idea well-tested, content must be well-organized and all team members prepared to respond to questions and challenges.

Complete a volunteer assignment of 6 - 8 hours in length.
