Leading the MiTek Way is a self-guided, foundational learning program focuses on the skills critical for people leaders at MiTek. It includes three learning plans, each of which have their own associated badge. Leader Foundations & Team Accelerators are targeted towards all people leaders, while the Organization Building learning plan is targeted towards those at the Director or above level within MiTek.
