Kimberly J. Harris

Kim Harris is Assistant Dean for Human Resources at the Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences. Before embarking on her career at Harvard, Kim held progressive human resources and leadership roles with several Boston law firms. Kim earned an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University and a BS in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Kim holds the SPHR certification through the HRCI and the SHRM-SCP certification through the Society for Human Resource Management. She is credentialed as Associate Certified Coach through the ICF.
