My decades of real estate profession started in sales, then expanded to management. As co-owner of a realty firm, then owning my own firm, I learned many aspects of not just real estate but of business management. The IREM journey started by attaining my CPM designation in 1997, then ARM accreditation in 2014, includes being Hawaii Chapter Board member, Chapter President 2006, repeated 2014-2015, RVP 2017-2018, and continue to have active participation with IREM International.
