Certified Professional Sales Consultant (CPSC)
Earners of the IPA's Certified Professional Sales Consultant (CPSC) certification have a fundamental understanding of the sales process and the ability to apply key strategies to be a successful sales rep. They have attended a three-day training, demonstrated their skills through written and verbal exams, the key skills to be a trusted partner. These candidates are able to be a consultant to their clients, finding solutions to be a strategic partner to their customers.

Earning Criteria

Attend a CPSC program or its predecessor, CSP, provided by the Institute for Professional Advancement comprised of 24 hours of training.

Successfully pass an exam comprised of a written multiple-choice, one-on-one interview, and a consultative sales role-play.
