The Beryl Institute Credentialing Center

Since 2015, The Beryl Institute Credentialing Center, formerly known as PXI, has been committed to the improvement of patient experience through professional certification and continuing education. The Credentialing Center offers two exam-based professional designations, the Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP) and the Certified Administrator of Volunteer Services (CAVS). It also approves and provides Patient Experience Continuing Education Credits (PXEs) to support the professional development efforts for organizations committed to transforming the human experience in healthcare.
