Kaiser Permanente - Finance Leadership Institute

The mission of the Kaiser Permanente Finance Leadership Institute (FLI) is to inspire engagement and high performance by leading innovative and capability enhancing programs. The Finance Leadership Institute began in 2012 in the Southern California Controllers’ group, as an in-house continuing education for KP CPAs. From that idea Finance Leadership Institute (FLI) has become a national program that provides technical and soft skills training, program wide in all KP regions. Digital badges are now available to recognize accomplishments of learners.
