Skills City aims to break the barriers faced by those from underrepresented & disadvantaged backgrounds, by fast-tracking them into careers in digital technologies. Funded by the Department for Education, Skills City is part of the Plan for Jobs initiative & comprises of 6 skills bootcamps, covering the most in-demand skills employers are looking for right now. Skills City works with employers at all levels to connect tech talent with entry and junior level roles in innovative companies.
