I have a long history of organizational development and training within the New York public school system, my own consulting practice, and in non-profit corporations. Prior to my current role, I served as Vice President of Community Schools for Partnership with Children in New York. My position at CPCA was created in direct response to the leadership team’s desire to have expertise in organizational diversity, talent acquisition, employee development, and orverall organizational development.
