Ebru Doğan Eroğlu Worldchefs Pastry Chef. Chef Ebru, who has 15 years of experience in the pastry industry, has the WACS Pastry Chef certificate, as well as the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Turkey Mastery and Master Instructor certificates, and the MYK Level 4 Pastry Chef certificate. Ebru Chef, who has worked with many International Chefs, has award-winning works in International competitions organized by Worlchefs. He currently gives Chocolate and Cake training as an Instructor Chef at Deepers Chocolate & Cake Academy in Turkey/Ankara, where he is the Founding Chef.
