Dr. Lisa Barrington is an organizational psychologist, ICF certified coach, speaker, and university instructor. Lisa has guided organizations of all sizes, across multiple industries to improve their organizational health. Lisa holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology. During her doctoral program Lisa spent several years researching the elements that create high employee engagement in organizations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
