William Frost

William Frost brings 35 years of construction and management experience. He grew up in Illinois, served in the US Navy as an electronics technician, returned to the Saint Louis area and obtained his Bachelors and Masters degrees. He now resides in Olivette, Missouri. William enjoys spending family time with his wife, three children, eight grandchildren, four siblings and the rest of the extended family throughout the Saint Louis Region.
