RSCCD Continuing Education
The Continuing Education at Santa Ana College and Santiago Canyon College supports students in building foundational skills to succeed at school, in the workplace, and in the community. All of our classes are tuition-free and most are open-entry/open-exit so students can enroll at any time. All state certificates are approved by the California Community College Chancellor's Office.
Career Education (CE)
This hands-on certificate program focuses on the fundamentals of baking and pastry principles and techniques. It prepares students for a career as a baker, pastry cook in hotels, restaurants, bakeries or even their own home business. It covers various topics, from bread, pastries, cakes, and decoration.
